Ingredients
2 cups greek yogurt
1 cup European seedless cucumber coarsely grated and drained
2 garlic cloves minced
2 tbsp. fresh dill or cilantro chopped
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
Preparation
Mix together in a medium bowl the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill or cilantro, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate. Use within one week.
